This coffee is sourced from Aceh, in northern Sumatra, an incredible region for coffee production. 80% of producers within northern Sumatra are women, and 95% of producers are smallholders.
Capturing the classic characteristics of a Sumatran coffee, this variety offers a cleaner, sweeter profile and higher cup quality than traditional Sumatra coffees. It features mild cocoa, cedar, and fresh coffee cherry flavors. Good acidity and mellow sweetness.
